DELIVERY POLICY

​At present, we only deliver to the UK including Channel Islands.

 

We offer FREE UK standard delivery on all orders when you spend over £50. For orders less than this, a delivery charge will apply, see below.

 

Our standard delivery service for all orders over £50 and for all hampers is 4-6 working days and a signature will be required upon delivery.

If you need your order delivered sooner, the alternative delivery methods below are available at checkout.

Mother's Day Orders/Deadlines:

In order to receive any Mother's Day orders no later than Saturday 13th March, please ensure your orders are placed no later than the following dates. Should an order be placed after these deadlines we unfortunately can not guarantee they will arrive in time.

I aim to dispatch orders within one working day.

If you need your order urgently please contact me prior to ordering and we will advise you whether I'll be able to dispatch your hamper the same day in time for next day delivery. Please note that Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message are the quickest ways to get hold of me and any orders made with Urgent shipping are not guaranteed for this delivery method unless agreed prior to ordering.

Please note, should you choose an untraceable delivery option and your goods do not arrive, I will not be held liable and refunds will not be given.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I cancel my order?

 

Should you wish to cancel your comlete hamper order, please inform us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following receipt of your order by emailing us at thetinyhumanhamperco@gmail.com. In the event that the hamper has already been despatched (usually within 1-2 working days) we would ask that once the item has been received, it should be returned to us in it's original packaging by some form of trackable delivery method such as Royal Mail signed for. Once received, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.*

 

*Please note that we regrettably are unable to process full refunds if the hamper is not delivered via a trackable method, this is to ensure that the hamper is received back at The Tiny Human Hamper Co HQ. We are also unable to process refunds for any missing items, goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements and items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty. Please note we do not offer a refund of the returns delivery charge, we only offer a refund of the full hamper price subject to all terms stated.

I've received a faulty product - what should I do?

​

All goods are quality checked before being packged but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the products you have received, we will provide an exchange for any goods returned unused and with any original packaging/seals intact within 28 days of receipt. Please email us at thetinyhumanhamperco@gmail.com. and we will aim to respond to you with 48 business hours with a free returns label for you to print out and attach to your parcel.

The returns address will be on the label we provide. Please do not return the item to any other address as we will not be able to accept it.
